Competencies are bundles of behaviour, knowledge and skill, the application of which should help each of us perform better at work, by helping us to focus on the way we go about achieving our objectives as well as what we actually achieve.

The Competency Framework is made up of seven values, seven core competencies and three role based competencies.

Turning Point Values: While our Mission and Objectives define what we are trying to achieve, our values shape the way we go about achieving them and reflect the beliefs that underpin them.

Turning Point Core Competencies: The behaviours that everyone is expected to display in their day-to-day work and which reflect Turning Point’s values.

Turning Point Role Based Competencies: Key behaviours and skills, which are common to a number of roles across the organisation depending on the role accountabilities.
