This will include advising senior decision makers, managing external providers and aligning our reward and ER strategies with evolving organisational needs. Manager – Learning & Development

Last year alone, Turning Point provided over 250 services and worked with more than 100,000 people – and we continue to set standards in supporting individuals in the areas of substance misuse, mental health and learning disabilities. You will actively manage the delivery of our extensive staff training interventions, providing advice and monitoring performance to ensure that we adapt successfully to change and meet our business objectives. An experienced Learning & Development professional, you will have expertise in everything from training design and evaluation to NVQ assessment and vendor management.
